EVO Competitive Boys and Girls Team Programs
We take pride in offering top-notch competitive team programs designed to nurture and develop young gymnasts' talent and potential.
For our young male gymnasts, our Boys USAG Development Program follows USAG’s Level 3 - 10 curriculum, providing a structured and comprehensive path for them to reach their fullest potential from the National Track all the way up the Elite Track thanks to our high performance training center and experienced coaching staff.
Our Girls USAG Xcel Program encompasses a range of levels, from Bronze to Sapphire, allowing gymnasts of all skill levels to find their perfect fit and flourish within a supportive and motivating environment. Whether your child is just starting their gymnastics journey or aiming for the highest levels of achievement, our Girls USAG Xcel Program is designed to inspire growth and success.
USAG Men’s Development Program
The Men’s Development Age Group Competition Program provides training and competitive opportunities for beginner to elite gymnasts from ages 6 to 18.
The Development Program is organized into ten different levels of training or competition. Each level has multiple age groups and opportunities for participation and competition. Competition is carried out at the local, state, regional and national levels through USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets and championship level meets. The Men’s Development National Championships are held in May of each year for eligible athletes in Levels 8, 9 and 10 who have qualified through their Regional Championships. The season culminates for eligible Level 10 athletes at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships.
USAG Women’s Xcel Program
At EVO Gymnastics, we participate in USAG's Xcel Women's Program. The Xcel Program consists of 6 levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire. This program runs laterally with the Developmental Program (Levels 1 - 10), and is designed to allow more skill flexibility at every ability level. Much like the optional levels, there are special requirements that include a certain number of skills and difficulty, specific time requirements, personalized routine construction, choreography, and floor music.
At EVO, USAG Xcel Bronze, Silver, and Gold will be given the same music and routines for their respective levels. Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire will have personalized floor music and choreography. Our Bronze gymnasts start by training 5 hours per week, and the hours increase up to 17 hours for the highest levels. Please contact the front desk for more information!
