Team Camp
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your refund policy?
Please note that due to the limited availability of spots and the high demand for all EVO Team camps and clinics, all registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the camp due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, a partial credit (50% of the camp fee) may be applied toward future EVO Gymnastics camps or clinics at the discretion of management. All requests for such considerations must be made in writing and include appropriate documentation. EVO requires 30 days to process all refund requests.
Are meals provided?
Some meals will be provided for the Elite Summer Camp in 2025 and 2026.
Lunch will be provided at the Elite Summer Camp, but not at the half-day camps or during our Clinics.
**If your son/daughter has any dietary restrictions they will need to be noted at registration and we will try to accommodate these restrictions. Please be prepared to provide lunch in cases where this is not possible.**
We are traveling to your facility. Where should we fly into?
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is a 10 minute drive from our facility. We recommend flying there when possible. Tampa International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away via car.
Is lodging included?
Lodging is NOT offered for our camps or clinics. We do reserve hotel blocks for the majority of our events so please check your emails upon registration for these links and details.
What is your address?
We are located at: 7188 15th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243
If using navigation, we recommend navigating to Newcraft Business Park to be brought to the proper entrance.
How are athletes grouped?
Athletes will be grouped based upon their competitive level and if necessary to divide further, by age.
Can parents watch?
Yes, we have an upstairs viewing mezzanine that all parents and visitors are welcome to watch from.
This camp has a split session. Do I have to stay?
Athletes are welcome to stay in the upstairs mezzanine area with other athletes during the break in split sessions or they may leave and get lunch with those traveling with them. Either is acceptable and appropriate. If you do leave, please ensure you are back by the second session starting time.
