How to Register
Level 3 - 6: $215/gymnast or $200/gymnast Early Bird*
Level 7 - 10: $250/gymnast or $235/gymnast Early Bird*
Senior Elite: $250/gymnast or $235/gymnast Early Bird*
Teams: $65/team (min. 3 gymnasts per Level)

Registration Opens: July 1, 2026
*Early Bird Entry Payment Deadline: October 1, 2026
Standard Entry Payment Deadline: December 1, 2026
Late Payment Fee: Additional $5/gymnast
Registration Closes: December 1, 2026
Late Entry (based on availability): $255/compulsory gymnast or $290/optional gymnast
Refund Deadline: December 15, 2026
NO refunds (including injury) will be granted after this date
Level Change Deadline ($5/gymnast): December 15, 2026
Deadlines
Once a club’s USAG meet reservation is complete, an invoice will be sent to the club’s contact email address for payment submission
A 3.5% invoice processing fee will be added to all digital payments automatically
If paying by check, each club must include a print-out of their invoice with the payment submission

Checks must be RECEIVED prior to deadlines to avoid late fees
A club’s reservation will NOT be secured in the competition unless payment is received IN FULL
How to Pay
The 2027 Sam Mikulak Men’s Gymnastics Invitational will fill up quickly on a first come, first served basis. Please register your athletes on USAG as soon as possible.
Team scoring for all JDP Levels will be top three (3) scores regardless of age or division.
