These classes focus on developing physical skills such as strength, coordination, and balance while also developing social-emotional and cognitive skills such as learning, thinking, problem solving, and communication.

Preschool Gymnastics

Our Parent & Tot class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for your little one! This class offers a playful and safe environment where parents and toddlers can explore movement together. With guided activities that build coordination, strength, and confidence, you'll share smiles, giggles, and plenty of high-fives as your child tumbles, balances, and climbs through age-appropriate circuits and even fun jumps into the big pit!

Competitive Gymnastics

At EVO Gymnastics, we participate in USAG's Xcel Women's Program. The Xcel Program consists of 6 levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire. This program runs laterally with the Developmental Program (Levels 1 - 10), and is designed to allow more skill flexibility at every ability level. Much like the optional levels, there are special requirements that include a certain number of skills and difficulty, specific time requirements, personalized routine construction, choreography, and floor music.

The Men’s Development Age Group Competition Program provides training and competitive opportunities for beginner to elite gymnasts from ages 6 to 18.
The Development Program is organized into ten different levels of training or competition. Each level has multiple age groups and opportunities for participation and competition. Competition is carried out at the local, state, regional and national levels through USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets and championship level meets. The Men’s Development National Championships are held in May of each year for eligible athletes in Levels 8, 9 and 10 who have qualified through their Regional Championships. The season culminates for eligible Level 10 athletes at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships.

Limitless Gymnastics

Limitless Gymnastics is an adaptive gymnastics program designed for students with special needs who are ready to explore movement in a supportive and empowering environment. This class focuses on developing strength, coordination, body awareness, and foundational gymnastics skills. Students will also be introduced to gymnastics terminology, shaping drills, and progressions tailored to their abilities.
Open to all ability levels. Modifications and support will be provided as needed to foster success and positive growth.
